The purpose of the Fellowship Committee is to organize and implement various social events for the congregation. These events offer an opportunity for the members of the congregation to become better acquainted with fellow Christians and to develop lasting friendships. By interacting together, individuals become comfortable with one another and develop a sense of belonging in the church family.

Activities that the Fellowship Committee sponsors include:

Chili Cook-Off/Dessert Contest: Usually held in February, the members participate in a chili cook-off and a dessert contest.

Fat Tuesday: Held in February-March (the last day before Lent begins) for the entire congregation.

Soup & Bread Dinners: Held before every Lenten service. The dinnners end the week before Holy Week.

Annual Picnic: Held every July as a part of our God and Country celebration on the front lawn of the church (weather permitting).

Women's Advent Luncheon: The men of the congregation cook and serve lunch to the women of the church.

Other miscellaneous activities are held throughout the year.

May 29th - 2:00 pm - Hopper's Baseball Game Outing
June 1st - 8:00 am Men's Breakfast - Women of CLC will Cook and Serve
June 9th - After Worship - Graduation Sunday Celebration 
July 7th - After Worship - God and Country Celebration - Picnic, bring a dish
August 6th - 5:30 pm - National Night Out
August 17th - 5:30 pm - Bunko & Bring Heavy Snacks to Share
September 21st - Shepherd/Flock Party
October 19th 3:00 pm - Oktoberfest 
November 3rd - After Worship - Scottish Tea
November 23rd - 2:00pm  - Congregational Thanksgiving Feast - Bring a dish
December 7th - 12:00 pm - Women's Christmas Lunch - Men of CLC will Cook and Serve
